If you want to do some gardening, but like me, the snow is putting a stop to that, then why not start your spring planting garlic off early. I start mine off in half toilet rolls and I have been doing it this way for years. It works perfectly.
When the snow has cleared and the weather has warmed up a bit (hopefully it won’t be long), then you can transplant them outside.
And before you say anything, when I filmed this we didn’t have snow, the sun was shining and it felt like Spring was just around the corner, but as I’m writing this blog, the whole garden is covered in white and it’s -4, but feels like -12 with the wind chill. Brrrrr!
