  1. Lovely post thank you for sharing never grown horseradish before what do you use yours for a part from making a sauce ?

    • Someone suggested putting it in mashed potatoes. That would give it a bit of a kick. You can put it in anything that you would like to give a bit of power to. Instead of using chilli sauce use a bit of horseradish. You know what you could do, is to mix some in with grated cheese for cheese on toast, that would be good. I’ll make a video of what you can do with it very soon.

    ah yes …… horseradish went to the store the other day and bought some horseradish planted them in a large pot suggested by utube person. and my god they grew. dug some up some time ago small little. tried to eat the large leaves in soup. tough. still waiting. lastly i have been painting them. in my watercolor paintings. noticed that mr mattise did. later.

    grating horse radish Claire you need a face mask and goggles best to buy it from the supermarket too much trouble. also it the most invasive plant you can grow yep you’ve guessed I’m not a fan
