It does look a simple yet sturdy system BUT it would be very expensive to buy. I hope you will have a follow-up on how the salad crop is in it 😀
Yes I know that they’re expensive, but I just wanted to show it to you. I’ll do an update on the salad bed soon. It’s coming along very well.
Please inquire whether a chemical preservative was used in manufacturing the wood blocks. One has to be careful what chemicals are leaching out into the salad, doesn’t one.
They’re pressure treated twice, it doesn’t mention on their website and looking at the wood itself that they’re treated with anything harmful.
