Well I started by weeding one rather large bed, which took me all morning. I was getting a little peckish, but decided that when I’d finished weeding and watering that bed, then it was time for lunch. I’m so stern with myself. But like a good little girl, I finished it, and then sat down and had lunch. Then afterwards I weeded another bed, trimmed the lettuce that had started to bolt (it should re grow as it’s a cut and come again), and then in some space I planted the final few of my “Primo” Cabbage. I was so exhausted by the time I’d finished I managed to cover them with netting, and will make it more secure tomorrow. I them came home, made myself a cup of tea, and watched this weeks “Love your Garden”. The kids then arrived home. Another busy day, but the sun is shinning, so what could be better.
