All forms of peas are best sown in succession (some each month), that way you’ll have a good supply throughout the summer. Peas can be sown from March through to September (if the weather is still good). They can be sown directly in the soil, or in seed trays.

They will need a structure to climb up, so make sure it’s a sturdy one.
