Already digging up our first earlies both from the ground and from plastic compost bags, beautifully clean, good size and absolutely delicious steamed whole with butter, salt and pepper. Getting +- 800 grams per plant which for new potatoes is good imo. “Home Guard” is the variety. Was looking for Charlottes but these were the last bags left in our local allotment shop.
Excellent!! New potatoes are so tasty. Home Guard are a lovely variety, I’ve grown them before. Enjoy:-)
