The weather may be horrible outside, but inside the greenhouse life is always fun. This morning I sowed my Celeriac Seeds, the variety is Monarch. I’ve grown Celeriac before, last year I started too late, and they didn’t have enough time to grow, so as soon as you can get them sown between March and April then do. Here’s how to sow them.
