Very nice and thank you for sharing
Hi Claire. Nice video about carobs. Carob tree, can be very tall, when it is several years old. In the old times, here in Greece, they used to make flour from the dry carob beans. A semi-sweet flour, good for breads, cakes, cookies etc. If you can find this flour try it, adding plain flour.

Oh, that sounds nice.
