Well it’s just before 9pm and I’ve just got back from Birmingham! What is normally just over a 2 hour trip took me 3 hours, everything was going very well apart from the rain until I got on the M25! Oh, it turned into a car park. What fun that was, still I had some good music on the i-pod to listen to and I say loud and out of tune. But less of the traffic, more of Gardeners’ World. It was great fun, I didn’t spend as much money as I thought I would. I got to interview Carol Klein, what a lovely lady she is, and also others from their stands. I took loads of photos, which I’ll make a slide show of. I even held a tarantula, for about 2 seconds, and someone took 2 photos to prove it. I’m exhausted now, so won’t be awake for long. Night Night.

I was there too! Would have loved to have bumped into you, you are an inspiration.
Did you have a great day? I hope you did.
Awesome, glad you had a good day.
It was fab.
Sounds like so much fun. My son had a tarantula…what fun when it got out!…..not.
I’d never have one in the house for a pet. But since holding it very briefly, I’ve not be as scared of the spiders that venture in the house. If they are large though I’ll ask Mark to re-locate them outside.
the thought of you and a tarantula made me smile as I recall a certain video that featured a MASSIVE spider.. complete with expletive nondeleteds! (shows how old I am.. the Nixon tapes reference). We are all pretty sure that spiders are not on your top ten of fuzzy pet choices! 🙂
Spiders are way down the list on my fuzzy pet choice. Deep down I’m glad I did it though, in a bizarre sort of way.
