Hi Claire, love your post about the potatoes, they are huge! Can I please ask if they cook well? I read somewhere that they tend to fall apart on cooking, is that right?
They are fairly dry potatoes, so need extra butter and milk if you’re mashing them. Don’t let them over boil because they will fall apart. Depending on what size you cut them into, I’d say boil for about 15 minutes. Once done, drain and leave to steam in the colander for about 5 minutes.
